Highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City

An easement for the construction and maintenance of a two (2) lane paved
road for the public access between Tract No. 5592 and Tract No. 7626 in
the City of San Juan Capistrano, over a strip of land 30.00 feet wide, the
centerline of said strip being the followingdescribed line:

Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Tract No. 7626 as shown upon
a Map recorded in Book 340 pages 32-34 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County California, said corner being the Southerly terminus of that
certain line shown on said Tract No. 7626 as N 12 00' 02" W, 708.98 feet;
thence N 12 00' 02" W along said line, 359.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence leaving said line Northeasterly, 930 feet more or less to
4 a point of intersection with the Westerly boundary line of said Tract No. 5592
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 303 pages 14-19 or Miscellaneous Maps of
said Orange County and the centerline of Calle Arroyo as established per
