FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, NELOW DEVELOPMENT
CO., a Partnership, hereby grants to
The City of San Juan Capistrano, California,
A non-exclusive easement for public storm drain purposes in, along, on and under a certain
portion of Lot 10 of Tract No. 6788 in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
See Exhibit 'W', attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
SUBJECT TO: (1) All general and special taxes for fiscal year 1981-1982, a lien
not yet payable.
(2) All covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, rights of
way and reservations of record.
(3) The right of the owner of the underlying real property, said
owner being the Grantor herein, his successors and assigns;
to use said easement for residential lot purposes, including
landscaping and landscape maintenance purposes.

That certain real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, Cbunty
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
BEGIRMU at the most southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of Tract No.
6788, recorded in Book 269, pages 49 and 50 of Miscellaneous Maps of
said Orange County, said corner being the center of a cul de sa& of
PASEO DE LA PAZ, a private street in said city, thence North 58 26'
43" West 45.00 feet along the southwesterly boundary line of said Lot -10
to a point on the cul de sac right gf way line, thence, continuing along
said Lot 10 boundary line, North 58 26' 43" West 78.73 feet to the most
