FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
HELEN NEGLEY, a widow, and HARRISON NEGLEY, a single man, as joint tenants
does hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
street and hif�hway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan CapisErano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
iY1 That portion of Lot 1, Block 1, San Juan Capistrano, as shown on map
recorded in Book 3, pages 120 to 125 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records,
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, within a strip of land 6 feet wide, the easterly line of which is
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the easterly line of the Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company right of way, 50 feet wide, as shown on map
filed in Book 15, page 3, of Record of Surveys, in the office of the Re-
corder of the County of Orange, distant northerly thereon 134.00 feet from
the northwesterly corner of the 0.81 acre parcel of land shown on said
last mentioned map;thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of
said 0.81 acre parcel of land to a point in the westerly line of Camino
Capistrano, formerly California State Highway (60 feet wide), as shown
on map of Tract No. 103, recorded in Book 11, pages 29 to 33 inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of said last mentioned Recorder,
said last mentioned point being the true point of beginning; thence nor-
therly along said westerly line 75.00 feet to the southerly line of Lot
7, said Tract No. 103.
