Street and Highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township
8 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of that certain parcel
of land described in deed to William Randolph Williams and wife,
recorded July 31, 1956, in Book 3596, page 499 of Official Records
of Orange County, California; thence North 65020'00" West, 30.00
feet along the Southwesterly line of said land of Williams; thence
leaving said Southwesterly line South 24°40'00" West, 240.00 feet;
thence South 65020'00" East, 30.00 feet to the Southeasterly line
.k of that certain parcel of land designated as Parcel 1 in that
certain deed recorded December 17, 1946, in Book 1506, Dage 181
of said Official Records; thence North 24°40'00" East, 240.00
feet along said Southeasterly line to the point of beginning.
