That portion of Parcel B of Parcel Map No. 79-851, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on Map recorded in Book 141, pages 40 and
41 of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel B;
Thence North 89000'30" West along the Southerly line of said Parcel B a distance of 15.30
feet;
Thence leaving said Southerly line North 00°59'30" East a distance of 13.68 feet;
Thence North 50050'23" East a distance of 20.65 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said
Parcel B, said point being the beginning of a non -tangent curve, concave Westerly and
having a radius of 1948.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 88022'55" East;
Thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 00047'39" an arc distance of
27.00 feet to The Point Of Beginning.;
