All that real property situated in the State of California, County of Orange,
City of San Juan Capistrano, described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 11 in Block 2 of San Juan Capistrano, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 3, page 120 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, as the exterior boundaries of the same are shown on a Licensed
Surveyors *tap filed in Book 2, pages 31 to 38, Inclusive, Record of Surveys,
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 11, distant North
66° 21' 00" West 201.45 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 11;
thence continuing North 66" 21' 00" West 345.69 feet to the Southeasterly
corner of the lard described in a deed to John Noutary and wife, recorded
February 18, 1959 in Book 4590, page 239 of Official Records; thence North
80 15' 00" East along the Southeasterly line of said land of Noutary, 347.58
