FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, abandonment of an existing drainage easement
within Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 96-140 (formerly Lot 23 of Tract 13025), SCOTT C.
LOONEY, TRUSTEE of the Sebe:'' "' does hereby grant a
nonexclusive easement to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, for storm drain
maintenance ingress and egress purposes in, on and over the real property described as
Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 96-140, in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of
Orange, State of California, as described on Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof. Except for emergency situations, City herein
agrees to provide 24 hour notice to Property Owner prior to accessing site for regular
