Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, within the property shown
on Parcel Map 33-9, dated November 30, 1979, and described as
follows:
A strip of land 25 feet in width of which the northwesterly
boundary is coincidental and contiguous with the northwes-
terly property line of Parcel 4. The southeasterly boundary
line of said easement is lengthened or shortened to ter-
minate on the southwesterly and northeasterly property
