La Shells and Carolyn B. La Shells (jointly and severally hereinafter referred to as "LA SHELLE' or *GRANTEE% the Bear Brand Ranch Company (hereinafter referred to as 'BBRC"), the Bear Brand Ranch Community Association (hereinafter referred to as "BBRCA"), and the City of Sen Juan Capistrano (hereinafter referred to as "SJC"). GRANTEE, BBRC, BBRCA, and SJC are also hereinafter individually referred to a "Party", and collectively hereinafter referred to as the'Parties". RECITALS: A. GRANTEE is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of Laguna Niguel, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 80-123 as shown on a map recorded at Book 146, Page 46, Miscellaneous Maps, Official Records, Orange County, California (hereinafter referred to as the 'PROPERTY"). B. BBRC, BBRCA, and SJC are Identified In the Grant Deed as benefitting Parties to the deed restrictions regarding the Property Access Points set forth in the Grant Deed. C. LA SHELLE desires to amend the deed restrictions regarding Access Points A and B set forth in the Grant Deed. D. SJC has agreed to amend the deed restrictions regarding Access Points A and B to the Property as set forth in the Grant Deed pursuant to that certain letter from SJC dated September 14, 1989. Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing Recitals, IT IS AGREED: 1. AMENDED ACCESS RESTRICTIONS: The language restricting the Access Points to the Property set forth in the Grant Deed are hereby amended to read as follows: 'Access to Parcel A shall be from Access Point A-1, and access to Parcel B shall be from Access Point B-1, as shown on Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.' AMENDMENT OF ACCESS RESTRICTIONS ONLY: The undersigned Parties hereby acknowledge and agree the sole purpose of this First Amendment to the Grant Deed is to amend the deed restrictions regarding the Property access Points.
