Being a portion of that certain parcel of land situated in the
State of California, County of Orange, City of San Juan
Capistrano, more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of Sections 12 and 13, Township 8 South, Range 8
West, San Bernardino Meridian, acquired by the State of
California by deeds, recorded in Book 4287, Page 239 and in Book
3656, Page 65 of Official Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, together with that portion of Parcel 8,
as shown on map filed in Book 4, Page 15 of Record of Surveys,
acquired by the State of California by deed recorded in Book
8277, Page 568 of said Official Records, described as a whole as
follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said portion of Parcel
8; Thence along the Southeasterly Line of said portion of Parcel
8, South 360 37' 34" West, 111.20 feet to the point of
intersection thereof with a curve concave easterly and having a
radius of 91.00 feet; Thence Northerly along said curve from a
