In the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, being that portion of
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 2001-158, as per map filed in Book 324, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
That certain 20.00 feet wide easement for recreational trail purposes as dedicated on said parcel
map to the City of San Juan Capistrano.
As shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
