WITHIN LOTS 116,117 AND 120 THR
TRACT 6305 fHUNT CLUB ESTATES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF
RECREATIONAL TRAJL EASEMENTS WITHIN LOTS 116, 117 AND 120
THROUGH 125 OF TRACT 6305 (HUNT CLUB ESTATES)
WHEREAS, a trail easement, parallel to and immediately east of the most westerly
boundary of Tract 6305, was dedicated to the City via the Final Map of Tract 6305; and,
WHEREAS, the City is holder of trail easements within Tract 6305, Hunt Club
Estates and said easements are being maintained by the Hunt Club Community Association; and,
WHEREAS, during grading of Tract 6305, some trail alignments were slightly altered
due to topographic restrictions; and,
WHEREAS, the developer of Tract 6305 obtained an Easement and Maintenance
Agreement from the owners of El Nido Mobile Home Estates in order to shift the subject trail further
west onto the EI Nido Mobile Home Estates property; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said trail easement within El Nido Mobile
Home Estates and has determined that the unimproved trail easement within Lots 116, 117 and 1120
through 125 of Tract 6305 is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano as follows:
The City Council hereby vacates the trail easement dedicated via the Final Map of
Tract 6305, within Lots 116, 117 sand 120 through 125 of Tract 6305 as shown on Attachment "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Resolution and Vacation Deed.

Directs the City Clerk to record the documents with the Orange County Recorder,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of
June 1996.
