HIKING AND EQUESTRIAN TRAIL EASEMENT VACATION DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby vacate portions of the
hiking and equestrian easement as dedicated on the Final Tract Map, Tract 6305, recorded in
