do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
sanitary sewer purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That certain property described in Exhibit A consisting
of two sheets attached hereto and made a part of.
Subject to the following condition:
The City of San Juan Capistrano shall not cause the property
owner of that lot designated as AP 649-082-04 on said Exhibit A
to join the sanitary sewer constructed within this easement
unless the existing sanitation system on said lot is determined
to be a danger to public health and safety by the City Engineer.
