do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of
way for public utility, sewer pipeline, and miscellaneous pipeline purposes in on and over the real
property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Section 5, Township 8, South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, shown on Parcel Map 46-32,
dated September 26, 1972 and described as:
A strip of land 20 feet in width of which the northeasterly
boundary is coincidental and contiguous with the north-
easterly property line of Parcel 3. The southwesterly
boundary of said strip of land is lengthened or shortened to
terminate at the property line of Parcel 3. Said strip of
land is coincidental with easements per Official Records
Book 4840, Pg 485 and Book 1030 Pg 482.
