FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Ronald B. Hanson and Rowena F..Hanson, husband and wife,
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of way for
ingress and egress purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of land conveyed to Ronald B. Hanson and Rowena F. Hanson, husband arld wife,
described as Parcel 1 in deed recorded December 10, 1980, in Book 13867, page 555 of
Official Records of Orange County, California, together with that portion of Section 1,
in Township 8 South, Range 8 West, of the San Bernardino Meridian, according to the
official plat of said land filed in the District Land Office, all as described as follows:
A strip of land 50 feet wide, measured at right angles, lying Westerly of and adjacent to
the Easterly boundary of land shown as Parcel 1 on map of Lot Line Adjustment 85-121-101
recorded July 8, 1985, as Instrument No. 85-250101 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
The Northerly boundary of said strip terminates in the Northerly line of said Parcel 1
having a bearing of North 70° 05' 00" East as shown on said map.
The Southerly boundary of said strip terminates in the Southerly line of said Parcel 1
having a bearing of North 77° 03' 29" East as shown on said map.
