ACCEPTANCE OF IRREVOCABLE OFFERS - PARCEL MAP 79-857
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS FOR STREET AND STORM DRAIN
EASEMENTS OFFERED ON PARCEL MAP 79-857
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 79-857 recorded in Book 144, Pages
12 and 13 of Miscellaneous Maps of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange, irrevocably offered the easement for public
street purposes over Paseo Espada as shown on said parcel map and
the easements for storm drain purposes as shown on said parcel
map, to the City of San Juan Capistrano; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano did not accept said irrevocable offers on said parcel
map, but now has determined on this date that it is in the best
interest of the City of San Juan Capistrano to accept the
irrevocable offers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
said City does hereby accept the irrevocable offers on Parcel Map
79-857 as follows:
the easement for public street purposes over
Paseo Espada as shown on said parcel map
the easements for storm drain purposes as
shown on said map.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of
June 1 1981. by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Friess, Buchheim, Bland, Hausdorfer
and Mayor Schwartze
