street and highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 75, Tract No. 103, as shown on map recorded in Book 11, pages 29
to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Orange, within the following described boundaries:
Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of said lot with a line parallel
with and 32 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the southeasterly line of
said lot; thence northeasterly along said parallel line 80.94 feet to the northeasterly
terminus of a curve concave to the northwest, tangent to said parallel line and having a
radius of 1148 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
4e 02' 32" a distance 80.99 feet to a point in said northerly line, said point being the
true point of beginning; thence continuing southwesterly along said curve through a
