Description of proposed storm drain easement over a portion of Section
36, Township 7 South, Range 8 West, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the southerly corner of Tract No. 11094, in said City as
per maps recorded in Book 484 , pages 22 to 24 _ inclusive of Miscella-
neous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county; said corner
being in a curve in the southeasterly boundary line of said tract, the radius
point bears South 25°30'23" East, 350.00 feet from said corner, thence easterly
36.86 feet along said curve through a central angle of 6°02'05" to the easterly
line of a 30.00 foot wide storm drain easement across Lot A of said tract;
thence South 28000'00" West, 45.77 feet to the southeasterly extension of the
southwesterly boundary line of said tract; thence North 25030'23" West along
said extention 29.16 feet to the point of beginning.
Said storm drain easement is shown on the attached Exhibit "B" and made
a part hereof.
