Legal description of proposed equestrian easement over a portion of Lot C and
Lot D, Tract No. 6381, to be dedicated to the City of San Juan Capistrano by
Fredricks Development Corporation.
Those portions of Int C and Lot D, Tract No. 6381, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 433, pages 5 through 15 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Aaps,
records of said orange County described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1
A strip of land, 20.00 feet in width, lying 10.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline; beginning in the centerline of Silver Creek
Drive as shown on said map, distant thereon North 780 00' 00" West 78.00 feet
from the centerline of Horno Creek Road as shown on said map; thence SOUTH
56.00 feet; thence South 120 00' 00" West 73.50 feet; thence South 260 11' 41"
West 101.80 feet to an angle point in a 20.00 foot equestrian easement as
shown on said map, said angle point being the northeasterly termination of the
course in said easement shown as North 330 57' 37" East 612.35 feet.
Excepting therefrom those portions within said Silver Creek Drive and within
said 20.00 foot equestrian easement.
PARCEL NO. 2
A strip of land, 20.00 feet in width, lying 10.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline; beginning in the centerline of said Silver Creek
Drive distant thereon North 780 00' 00" West 73.00 feet from said centerline
of Horno Creek Road; thence North 130 30' 00" East 104.50 feet; thence North
200 40' 00" West 164.50 feet; thence North 300 00' 00" West 94.84 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave northeasterly and having a radius of
60.00 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve 69.39 feet through a central
angle of 660 15' 53"; thence North 360 15' 53" East tangent to said curve
46.89 feet to the northerly line of said Tract No. 6381, distant thereon North
530 44' 07" West 217.22 feet from the centerline of said Horno Creek Road.
Excepting therefrom that portion within said Silver Creek Drive.
