said county, lies between the westerly line of Parcel No. 2 as shown on a map
entitled "Exhibit B, Lot line adjustment" and described on "Exhibit A", both
being a part of a Lot Line Adjustment recorded March 12, 1979, in Book 13065,
page 897, Official Records of said County, and the following described line:
Beginning in the southerly line of said Lot 31 distant thereon North 890 36' 00"
East 121.84 feet from the southwest corner thereof; thence North 40 48' 00"
West 389.3.7. feet; thence North 830 40' 00" West 91.72 feet to a point in a
curve in the northerly line of said Lot 31 having a radius of 290.00 feet; said
