slope purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Northerly 10.00 feet of that portion of the Southeast quarter of
Section 11, Township 8 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Del Obispo Street, 80 feet
wide, as described in the deed recorded in Book 420, Page 430 of official
records of Orange County, California, with the centerline of Camino Del
Avion, 40 feet wide, as described in a deed to the County of Orange,
recorded September 22, 1948 in Book 1704, Page 471 of official records;
Thence North 8700412011 East 100.78 feet along the centerline of said
.Camino Del Avion; Thence South 2055140/, East 20.00 feet to the true point
of beginning; Thence South 2055'4011 East 173.85 feet; Thence South 870041201,
West 157.76 feet to the Southeasterly line of said Del Obispo Street, 80
feet wide, being a point on a curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 1040.00 feet, a radial line from said point bears North 600331571/
West; Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
602814311 a distance of 117.60 feet to a tangent line in said Southeasterly
Line of Del Obispo Street; Thence North 2205712011 East 66.58 feet along
said tangent line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly
and having a radius of 20.00 feet, as described in said deed for Camino
Del Avion; Thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle
