FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
we, M. F. FORSTER and ELIZABETH J. FORSTER, husband and wife, grant
and convey to the City of San Juan Capistrano, a municipal corporation,
a perpetual easement and right of way for street and highway purposes
in, on and over that real property situated in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 2 of the Daneri Tract in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as per map filed
in book 2, page 20 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
recorder of said Orange County lying within the following described
strip of land:
A strip of land 60.00 feet wide lying 30.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline, being a portion of Section 12, Town-
ship 8 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian; a portion
of the Daneri Tract, as per map filed in Book 2, page 22 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, and a
portion of Tract 103 as per'map recorded in Book 11, pages 29 through
33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said
centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12 with the centerline
of Camino Del Avion, 40,00 feet in width; thence North 880 01' 11"
West along said centerline 117.21 feet to the true point of beginning;
said true point of beginning being on a curve concave to the West
having a radius of 1200.00 feet, a radial line from said point bears
North 64° 32' S1" West; thence Northerly along said curve through a
central angle of 25° 31' 16" an arc length of 534.51 feet to a tangent
line; thence along said tangent line North 0' 04' 07" West 451.24 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius
of 1200.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 370 47' 23" an arc length of 791.52 feet to a tangent line;
thence North 37° 43' 16" East along said tangent line 561.84 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius
of 2000.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 5° 16' 1311 an arc length of 183.97 feet to a tangent
line; thence North 420 52' 29" East along said tangent line 742.12
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly having a
radius of 1200.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve through a
central angle of 20° 35' 55" an arc length of 431.42 feet to a tangent
line; thence North 220 23' 34" East along said tangent line 746.76 feet
to the center line of Del Obispo Street extending Westerly.
