do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of way for
street, highway and utility purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 8 South,
Range 8 West,. San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof, and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Del Obispo
Street and Camino Del Avion, as shown on that certain Parcel Map re-
corded in Book 28, page 7 of Parcel Maps, records of Orange County,
California; and running thence North 870 14' 18" East along said
centerline of Camino Del Avion, 100.78 feet to the Northwest corner of
Parcel 1 as shown on said Parcel Map; thence South 20 45' 42" East
along the Westerly boundary of said Parcel 1, 42.00 feet; thence South
870 14' 18" West, 58.74 feet; thence South 550 07' 52" West, 26.58 feet
to a line which lies parallel with and 42.00 feet Southeasterly of said
centerline of Del Obispo Street; thence South 230 01' 25" West along
said parallel line, 39.77 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 1042.00 feet; thence
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
60 24' 37", a distance of 116.58 feet to the Northerly boundary of
said Parcel 1; thence along said Northerly boundary South 870 14' 18"
West, 2.36 feet to an angle point therein; thence continuing along said
Northerly boundary North 600 29' 48" West, 40.00 feet to an inter-
section with that certain 1000.00 -foot radius curve, concave North-
westerly and lying in the centerline of Del Obispo Street as shown on
said Parcel Map; thence leaving said Northerly boundary and running
Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
60 28' 4711, a distance of 113.09 feet; thence North 230 01' 25" East,
81.81 feet to the point of beginning.
