EASEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE AND WALL PURPOSES
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, which is hereby acknowledged, ANITA MARIE
FORSTER, as Successor Trustee of the Forster Family 1983 Trust dated April 22, 1983 ("Grantor"),
hereby grants an easement (the "Easement" or Easement Area") to the CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO ("Grantee") for the purpose of allowing Grantee the right to maintain landscaping,
fencing, and other similar uses and improvements over that certain real property described in Exhibits
A and B, attached hereto, solely to the extent of any right, title or interest Grantor may currently have
in the Easement Area.
