FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
FIRST COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, a corporation
does hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual
easement and right of way for storm drain purposes in, on and over
the real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 60, Tract No. 103, as shown on map recorded
in Book 11, pages 29 to 33 inclusive, of'Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, in Parcels A and B,
as shown on map filed in Book 40, page 35, of Parcel Maps, in the
office of said Recorder, within a strip of land 10 feet wide, lying
5 feet on each side of the following described center line.
Commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of Lot 58,
said Tract, with the center line of that certain 80 foot strip of land
described in deed to the City of San Juan Capistrano (Del Obispo Street),
recorded in Book 1219, page 410, of Official Records, in the office of
said Recorder; thence North 81148'35" East along said last mentioned
center line 65.86 feet; thence South 8°11'25" East to a point in a line
parallel with and 45 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from said
last mentioned center line, said point being the easterly terminus of a
curve concave to the southeast, tangent to said parallel line and having
a radius of 45 feet, said curve being tangent at its southwesterly ter-
minus to a line parallel with and 51.5 feet southeasterly, measured at
right angles, from that certain course of North 26°30'18" East 158.11
