the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, described as follows:
A strip of ]and 40.00 feet wide, ]wring 20.00 feet on each side, measured at
right angles, of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 19 of Tract No. 4850, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 1792 pages 11 and 12 of Miscellaneous Naps, records
of Orange County, California; thence South 880 191 09" West along the Northerly
line of said Tract No. 4850, a distance of 162.29 feet; thence North 10 401 5111
West, 125.00 feet; thence North 700 001 00" East, 729.36 feet to the true point
of beginning of the herein described centerline, said point being on the are of
a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 115.00 feet, a radial line
to the center of said curve bears South 510 101 53" East; and running thence
Northeasterly along said curve and said easement centerline through a central
angle of 180 351 53", a distance of 37.33 feet; thence North 570 251 00" East,
65.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 150.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the are of said curve
through a central angle of 220 251 0011, a distance of 58.69 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent reverse curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
150.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the are of said curve through a central
angle of 250 001 001t, a distance of 65.45 feet to the beginning of a tangent
reverse curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 300.00 feet; thence
Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 140 521 24",

which lies North 760 341 17" East, 8.00 feet from the most Easterly corner of
