SUBJECT: Consideration of Quitclaiming Equestrian Easements within Lots 51 (Gottron
Family Trust, APN 650-192-12), 52 (Saffie, APN 650-192-13), 53 (Farell, APN
650-192-14), 54 (Reiss Family Trust, APN 650-192-15) and a Portion of Lot
55 (Mosich, APN 650-192-16) of Tract 9382, Belford Terrace
On July 3rd, 2006, this item was approved by City Council for quitclaiming of an
equestrian easement along the subject lots. Since that time, Mr. David Farell has
rejected the quitclaim and will not sign the documents finalizing this action. Also, the
Reiss Family Trust has decided not to move forward with the quitclaiming of this
easement as well.
As such, please file both easements as unrecorded to close this item since neither
recipient is willing to sign and accept the deeds.
