wide, the northerly boundary of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly boundary of said lot with the westerly
prolongation of the center line of Del Obispo Street, formerly Comttrercial Street (27
feet wide), as shoran on said map; thence North 89158'15" West along said westerly
prolongation to the beginning of a curve concave to the south, having a radius of
1000 feet, tangent to said westerly prolongation and tangent to the center line of
that certain 80 foot strip of land described in deed to County of Orange, recorded
on December 9, 1943, in Book 1219, page 410, of Official Records, in the office of
said Recorder; theme westerly along said curve through a central angle of 8°13'10"
a distance of 143.46 feet to said last mentioned center line; thence South 8104813511
West along said last mentioned center line, 100.00 feet.
