as follows:
PARCEL A (permanent Easement)
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width the southwesterly line of which
is contiguous with the northeasterly line of the 20.00 feet wide
strip of land described as Parcel No. 1 (Permanent Easement) in the
Grant of Easement recorded as document No. 16422 in Book 10044,
Page 817 of Official Records of Orange County, California. The
northeasterly line of said strip to be prolonged or shortened so as
to terminate in the northwesterly and southeasterly lines of said
Lot 52.
PARCEL B (Construction Easement)
A strip of land 20.00 feet in width the southwesterly line of which
is contiguous with the northeasterly line of Parcel A described
herein. The northeasterly line of said strip t be prolonged or
shortened so as to terminate in the northweste y an�southeasterly
