Storm Drain Construction purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The westerly 50 feet, excepting therefrom the westerly
24 feet, of land shown on a map filed in Book 92, Page 32,
Records of Survey, Records of Orange County, California.
CONDITION: This easement shall be null and void upon
recordation of a Notice of Completion for construction
of project storm drain by City.
