all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in, upon and under said

and other things, or value now or hereafter accruing from said undivided

and Fay Wilson Krum, husband and wife, and the vestee herein that, as to
the portions of said land covered by the reservation last above described,W.
the vestees herein shall, for the period of said reservation, own and
possess an undivided one-half interest of the one-half which Howard L.

Krum and Fay Wilson Krum, husband and wife, now own and possess in and to

oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in, upon and under said land,
together with income accruing therefrom and that after the expiration of
the terms of said reservation, said vestees shall own an undivided one-
half interest in all the oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in,
upon and under said land, together with the income accruing therefrom,
as reserved by Howard L. Krum and Fay Wilson Krum, husband and wife, by
deed recorded June 8, 1956 in Book 3538, page 550 of Official Records
and recorded July 20, 1956 in Book 3564, page 339 of Official Records.
This conveyance of PARCELS 1 and 2 is made for the purposes of a freeway
and the grantor hereby releases and relinquishes to the grantee any and
all abutter's rights, including access rights, appurtenant to grantor's
remaining property, in and to said freeway.

and seal to be affixed hereto and this instrument to be executed by
its President and Secretary there unto duly authorized.
