County of Orange, California, as shown on a map filed in Book 4, Page 15
of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of that certain right of way
strip for "Offsite Camino Las Ramblas", described as Parcel 2 of an
Eas!sW"t Deed to the City of San Juan Capistrano, recorded August 4,
1964, in Book 7162, pages 854 to 857 of Official Records of said Orange
County, said point being the southerly terminous of that certain course
described in said deed as "North 11° 48' 50" West 76.00 feet"; thence
southerly along the westerly line of Parcel 1, Offsite Via California,
of said deed, South 110 48' 50" East 25.84 feet to the end of a tangent
curve in said westerly line of said Offsite Via California; thence leav-
ing said westerly line, North 56° 48' 50" West 28.06 feet; thence South
78° 11' 10" West 213.56 feet, more or less, to the most southerly ter-
minous of the easterly boundary line of a certain parcel of land des-
cribed in a Grant Deed to the City of San Juan Capistrano recorded July
30, 1970 in Book 9361 Pages 37 to 39 of Official Records of said Orange
County; said point being the southerly terminous of that certain course
described in Parcel 1 (47611-3) of said Grant Deed as "S 11° 01' 04" E,
95.00 feet", thence, northerly along said certain course, on a different
basis of bearings, North 11° 48' 50" West 82.00 feet, thence, leaving
said Grant.Deed parcel easterly boundary line, North 78° 11' 10" East
233.40 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of said right of way
strip for "Offsite Camino Las Ramblas", mentioned above; thence, South
110 48' 50" East 76.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
