Description of Proposed Access Road to Tract No. 6381 in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, California, known as Highland Drive.
Those portions of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of
Fractional Section 30, T7S, R7W; the southeast one-quarter of Section 25,
the North one-half of Section 36, T7S, R8W, San Bernardino Meridian, in
the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as
per Official plots of said land filed in the District Land Office April 12,
1875 and May 19, 1873, described as follows: -
A strip of land, 60.00 feet in width, being 30.00.feet on each side of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of,that --parcel of land shown on a
map recorded in Book 98, pages 35 and 36, Records of Survey, records of said
Orange County, distant thereon South 120 08' 07" West, 192.09 feet from the
northerly terminus of that course shown on Said map as having a bearing of
North 120 08' 07" East and distance of 515.00 feet; --said -point being the begin-
ning of a curve, concave northeasterly and having -a radius of 250.00 feet, a
radial bearing to said point bears South 450 41' 07" West, thence northerly
193.36 feet along said curve through a centralangleof 440 18' 53"; thence
NORTH, tangent to said curve, 286.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave southwesterly and having a radius of 250.00 feet, thence northwesterly
252.05 feet along said curve through a central angle of 570 46' 00"; thence
North 570 46' 00" West, tangent to said curve. 313.22 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve, concave southerly and having "a radius of 800.00 fe8t; thence
westerly 860.10 feet along said curve through a -central angle of 61 36' 00";
thence South 600 38' 00" West tangent to said curve 12:90 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve, concave northwesterly:. -and having a radius of 800.00

and having a radius of 280.00 feet; thence southwesterly 364.40 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 740 34' 00"; thence South 270 50' 00" West
tangent to said curve 64.27 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
easterly and having a radius of 800.00 feet; thence southerly 420.74 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 300.08' 00"; thence South 20 18' 00" East
tangent to said curve 132.68 feet to the beginning of -a tangent curve, concave
northwesterly and having a radius of 300.00 feet; -thence southwesterly 319.22
feet along said curve through a central angle of 600 58' 00"; thence South
580 40' 00" West tangent to said curve 554.02 feet to a point in that certain
course in the westerly boundary of that parcel of land shown on a map recorded
in Book 73, page 25, of said Recordsof Survey, as having a bearing of North
310 Ol' 54" West and distance of 425-.62 feet. Said westerly line also being
the easterly line of Rancho Viejo. Road.
The sidelines of said strip to be extended or shortened, as the case may be, to
begin in aforesaid easterly line and terminate in aforesaid westerly line.
