do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
Storm Drain purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for storm drain purposes, 20.00 feet wide, in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, lying
within Lots 18 and 19 of Tract 9578 as shown on a map recorded in
Book 444, Pages 24 through 28, inclusive of miscellaneous maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, the center-
line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 19; thence along the
easterly line of said Lot 19 North 100 331 46" East 1.84 feet; thence
North 380 00' 00" West 63.61 feet; thence North 510 15' 38" East
72.82 feet to a point on that certain course shown as North 00 32' 51"
East 188.72 feet in the easterly boundary of said Lot 19; distant
thereon North 00 32' 51" East 1.17 feet from the southerly terminus
of said course; thence continuing North 510 15' 38" East to the
easterly line of the westerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 18, said easterly
line being the easterly line of a 20 foot easement for storm drain
purposes as shown on said map.
The side lines of the above described strip of land to be lengthened
or shortened to terminate in said easterly line of the westerly 10.00
feet of said Lot 19.
