City Christmas tree electrical supply_purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of Cafiiornia, described as:
A strip of land of which the centerline is described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Parcel A as shown on a Parcel Map
recorded in book 40 page 35 of Parcel Maps County Recorder, County of
Orange, California; thence north 81°48'35" east a distance of 115.05';
thence south 8059'00" east a distance of 2.27'; thence south 84020'00"
east a distance of 20'; thence south 0°00'00" south a distance of
7', to the true point of beginning. Thence north 90000'00" east a
distance of 70' to the terminus of said strip of land described in
exhibit.
Grantor provides grantee the right of access over grantor's property
