VACATION OF ACCEPTED AND UNACCEPTED IRREVOCABLE OFFERS
FOR EQUESTRIAN TRAIL PURPOSES - COOK LANE
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, VACATING ACCEPTED AND UNACCEPTED
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS FOR EQUESTRIAN TRAIL PURPOSES WITHIN
ASSESSOR PARCELS 673-061-38, -39,40,44, -46, 49 AND -50 (32241,
32221, 32191, 32151, 32141, 32121 AND 32101 COOK LANE)
WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano is the holder of accepted and
unaccepted Irrevocable Offers for Equestrian Trail Purposes within 32241, 32221, 32191,
32151, 32141, 32121 AND 32101 Cook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, at a public meeting of the City's Equestrian Commission held on
August 10, 1992, the Commission heard testimony for and against improvement of said
trail and recommended abandonment of said Irrevocable Offer; and,
WHEREAS, the underlying owners of said Irrevocable Offers have no
objection to said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano as follows:
SECTION 1.
The City Council hereby vacates the unaccepted Irrevocable Offers for
Equestrian/Hiking trails within 32101, 32121 and 32141 Cook Lane, as offered on Tract
Map 9682, recorded in Book 413, page 37; and, the accepted Irrevocable Offers for
Equestrian/Hiking trails within 32151, 32191 and 32241 Cook Lane, as accepted via City
Council Resolution No. 78-5-3-4, recorded in Book 12667, page 935.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute this Resolution.

The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward this Resolution to the Orange
County Recorders Office.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6'h day of February, 2001.
