Parcel 1.
That portion of Lot 67 of Tract Number 103, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
Map on sheet five in book 11, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County lying within the following described
strip of land:
A strip of land 52.00 feet wide lying Northwesterly of and con-
tiguous to the following described line being a portion of Section
12, Township 8 South, Range 8 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian;
a portion of the Daneri Tract, as per map filed in Book 2, page 22
of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, and a portion of Tract 103 as per map recorded in Book 11,
pages 29 through 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, said line being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the Southwest
quarter of the 'Southwest quarter of said Section 12 with the center-
line of Camino Del Avion, 40.00 feet in width; thence North 88°
01'11" West along said centerline 117.21 feet to the true point of
beginning; said true point of beginning being on a curve concave
to the West having a radius of 1200.00 feet, a radial line from said
point bears North 64°32'51" West; thence Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 25°31'16" an arc length of 534.51 feet
to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line North 0°04'07"
West 451.24 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly
having a radius of 1200.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 37°47'23" an arc -length of 791.52 feet
to a tangent line; thence North 37°43'16" East along said tangent .
