That portion of Section 5, Township 8, South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino base and meridian, in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, within the property shown
on Parcel Map, dated November 30, 1970, and described as follows:
A strip of land 25 feet in width of which the northwesterly
boundary is coincidental and contiguous with the northwes-
terly property line of Parcel 3. The southeasterly boundary
line of said easement is lengthened or shortened to ter-
minate on the southwesterly and northeasterly property
lines. Said strip of land is coincidental with a roadway
easement per Official Records Book 8574, Pgs 387-388.
