do herebv GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO. a perpctual easement and right of way for
street ' and highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano. County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 8, Tract Number 103 as shown on map recorded
in Book 11 pages 29 to 33 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the County of Orange within the following described boundaries.
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot; thence North
70023'00" East along the southerly boundary of said lot a distance of
21.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North
70023'00" East along said southerly boundary a distance of 66.35 feet to
the intersection with a curve concave to the south having a radius of
151.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 6035152" a distance of 17.39 feet to the tangent end of said
curve; thence leaving said curve along a tangent line South 70°23'00"
West a distance of 35.07 feet; said tangent line being parallel with
and 1.00 feet northeasterly measured at right angles from southerly
boundary of said lot; to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeaster
having a radius of 22.00 feet and tangent to a line parallel with and
13.00 feet northeasterly measured at right angles from westerly boundary of
said lot; thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle
of 90011'00" for a distance of 34.63 feet to the tangent end of said curve
being a line parallel with and 13 feet northeasterly measured at right
angles from westerly boundary of said lot; thence South 19026100" East
along said parallel course for a distance of 20.69 feet to the non -tangent
end of a curve concave northeasterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and
tangent to a line parallel with and 6 feet northeasterly measured at right
angles from westerly boundary of said lot; thence southeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 32013'51" for a distance of 8.44 feet to
the tangent end of said curve bearing North 70°23'00" 'Test; said tangent end
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
