follows:
Beginning at the most northerly property corner of Parcel 1,
thence southwesterly along the northwesterly property line a
distance of 37.5 feet to the southerly roadway easement
boundary, per O.R. 11202, Bk 8574, pg. 387 and 388, dated
April 16, 1968 as filed at the County Records Office of said
County; thence southeasterly along said roadway easement to
the southeasterly property line, thence northwesterly along
said property line 25 feet to the most southeasterly
