FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
WALTER CAPPELLO AND ANTOINETTA CAPPELLO, husband and wife
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, - a perpetual easement and right of way for
Sewerline purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 6, Block 2 as shown on the map of San Juan
Capistrano recorded in Book 11, Page 29 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
PARCEL A (Permanent Easement)
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width the southwesterly line of which
is contiguous with the northeasterly line of the 20.00 feet wide
strip of land described as Parcel No. 1 (Permanent Easement) in the
Grant of Easement recorded as document No. 6204 in Book 9835,
Page 961 of Official Records of Orange County, California. The
northeasterly line of said strip to be prolonged or shortened so
as to terminate in the northerly and southerly lines of the land
described in said deed.
PARCEL B ( Construction Easement)
A strip of land 20.00 feet in width the southwesterly line of which
is contiguous with the northeasterly line of Parcel A described
herein. The northeasterly line of said strip to be prolonged or
shortened so as to terminate in the northerly and southerly lines
of the land described in said deed.
