DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A strip of land 38.00 feet wide, being a portion of the Pryor Homestead Tract, in the
Rancho Boca La Playa, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on the map
attached to Case No. 1210, in final decree made by the Superior Court of said County,
a certified copy of which is recorded in Book 27, Page 89 of deeds in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, the centerline of said strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Victoria Boulevard and the centerline of the
Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way (100 feet wide) as said intersection is shown on
the map filed in Book 113, Page 44 of records of surveys; thence N160 47' 47" E, 689.10 feet along
the centerline of said railroad right-of-way; thence N730 12' 1311, 50.00 feet to a point on the
northwesterly line of said railroad rio t -of -way, iast said point being the true point of beginning for
this description; thence N73 12' 13"W, 6.19 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave southerly and
having a radius of 45.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 590
41' 18" an arc length of 46.88 feet; thence 5470 06' 29"W, 11.51 feet to a point on the northerly line
of an Orange County Flood Control Easement, 63.00 feet wide, as recorded April 30, 1968 in Book
8587, Page 506 of official records of said County.
