FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, the CAPISTRANO BEACH SANITARY DISTRICT, a Political Sub-
division of the State of California, does hereby GRANT to the CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, A Municipal Corporation, the following de-
scribed interest in real property in the County of Orange, State
of California:
A permanent easement ten feet (10') in width for sewer
main purposes, described as follows:
All that portion of the land conveyed to the Capistrano
Beach Sanitary District by Deed recorded March 10, 1961, in
Book 5246, Page 410, Official Records of the County of Orange,
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of the Atchi-
son, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway right of way (100'wide),
said line being also the Easterly line of the land of the h"
Capistrano Beach Sanitary District, distant thereon South
15 51' 30" West, 4.38 feet from the intersection of said
right of way line with the Northerly line of the Christiana
S. Prior Allotment as per Case No. 1210 in the Superior
Court of the State of California in and for the County of
Orange; thence, North 740 36' 42t' West 20.65 feet to an
angle point; thence, North 69° 10' 12" West 376.64 feet
to an angle point; thence, North 240 30' 00" West 21.21
feet to an angle point; thence North 690'30' 00" West,
7.01 feet to a point in the Easterly line of the Orange
County Flood Controll District right of way for San Juan
Creek, said line being also the Westerly line of the Capi-
strano Beach Sanitary District, distant thereon North
19° 17' 30" East 11.00 feet from an intersection with the
Northerly line of said Christiana S. Pryor Allotment.
The sidelines of said ten (10) foot in width easement
shall be lengthened or shortened as required to terminate
in the Easterly and Westerly lines of the Capistrano Beach
Sanitary District property.
TOGETHER WITH a temporary construction easement
twenty (20) feet in width, adjoining and lying Northerly
of said permanent easement.

TOGETHER WITH permanent access rights to said ease-
ment from Victoria Avenue.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said District has caused its
name and seal to be affixed hereto and this instrument to be.
executed by the appropriate officers of the District.
