CAPISTRANO AIRPORT AND INDUSTRIAL PARK, LTD., a Cali-
fornia limited partnership, acting through its general partners,
JULIAN WILLCOX and BRUCE F. WINTON, does hereby dedicate and con-
vey to the City of San Juan Capistrano, a municipal corporation,
that certain real property in the City of San Juan Capistrano,
County of Orange, State of California, commonly known as the run-
way and taxiways of the Capistrano Airport more fully described
as follows:
Lot 4 of the Daneri Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2,
page 22 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the land conveyed to orange County Flood
Control District by deed recorded August 28, 1962 in book
6228, page 343 of official Records.
Also Excepting that portion of said Lot 4 lying Southeasterly
of a line parallel with and 75.00 feet Northwesterly, measured
at right angles, from the Northwesterly line of Tract No. 6402
as shown on a sap recorded in Book 235, pages 10 and 11 of
Miscallaneous Maps. Records of orange County, California. Said

parallel line shall have a bearing of North 65 19' 39" East
and extend from the West line to the East line of said Lot 4.

This conveyance is subject to the condition that the
property conveyed herein shall be coned by conditional use permit
for airport purposes only, maintained and used solely for airport
runway and taxiway purposes. and open to the public. In the event
that the foregoing condition upon which this conveyance is made
ever should be broken, in whole or in part, or should the property
conveyed herein over be used for purposes other than airport rune
way and taxiway uses, open to the general public, then the estate
conveyed shall terminate and the grantor shall have on behalf of
itself, its successors and assigns, the right of re-entry which it
has reserved pursuant to the Common Law and Sections 707, 708 and
1046 of the California Civil Code.
this conveyance is further, subject to covenants, conditions
and easements of record and that certain encumbrance recorded as
Document No. 25711 in book 73630 pages 489 to 491 of official Re-
