street and highway purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as: A strip of land 5.00
feet wide described as:
Beginning at the southwesterly terminus of that certain course
described as S60035119"W 200.00 feet in a deed recorded in Book
13024 Page 1213 of Official Records of Orange County, California,
and rotated to S60035'26"W 200.00; thence 529024'34"E 79.39 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence N4705711411E 184.76 feet to
a tangent point on a curve, concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 1,458 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve
through a central angle 0047'34" for a distance of 20.17; thence
529024134"E 5.11 feet to a point on a curve, concave southeasterly
and having a radius of 1,453 feet; a radial line of said curve bears
N41015'12"W; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 0045'07" for a distance of 19.07 feet; thence 547057114"W

TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The granting of this easement is subject to the following conditions:
1. Capistrano Acres Mutual Water Company retains the mineral
rights within the easement boundaries.
2. Capistrano Acres Mutual Water Company retain the right to
drill under the easement but shall not disturb the surface
or interfere with the City of San Juan Capistrano's use of
the easement in any manner.
