OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
CAPISTRANO ACRES MUTUAL WATER COMPANY

California described as an easement 60.00 feet wide for storm drain ingress and
egress and storm drain purposes, over, under, and across that portion of land in
the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, the center-
line described as follows:
Parcel A
BEGINNING at a point South 06"13'56" West 211.26 feet from the northerly terminus
of that certain course described as North 06°13'56" East 827.72 feet and shown on
a map in Book 100, Page 46, Records of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California; thence South 49°31'08" East 224.06 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence southeasterly along said curve 136.94 feet through a central angle of
13004'35"; thence tangent to said curve South 36°26'33" East 442.24 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence southeasterly along said curve 54.49 feet through a central angle of
05012'11"; thence tangent to said curve South 31°14'22" East 203.67 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continuing along same line South 31°14'22" East
146.59 feet. The sidelines of said easement to be shortened or prolongated so as
to terminate on the property lines. Excepting therefrom the following described
triangular portion:

BEGINNING at the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of Parcel A; thence South 47°54'43" West
27.30 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING for Parcel B; thence continuing along
