of said County, and''described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel 26; said point being
the True Point of Beginning; said point being on the Westerly right of way
line of Calle Arroyo; said point also being on a curve concave Westerly
and having a radius,of 1458.00 feet, a radial to said point bears North
39037151" West; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Parcel
26, North 43050148",West 34.12 feet; thence leaving the Southerly line of
said Parcel 26, North 46009'12" East 45.00 feet; thence South 48022'47"
East 36.98 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way line of Calle
Arroyo; said point also being on a curve concave Westerly and having a
radius of 1458.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 41031'02"
East; thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 1°53'
