Federal Bureau of Land Management, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 2 of land conveyed to State
of California in deed recorded September 26, 1957, in Book 4049, page 93
of official Records of Orange County, California, said corner being North
11° 081 25" East, 17.13 feet from the Southerly terminus of that certain
course in the centerline of the California State Highway having a bearing
of North 10° 23' East as described in deed recorded in Book 281, page 245
of Deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence
Easterly along the Northerly boundary of said Parcel 2, South 78° 51, 351,
East, 30.00 feet to the Easterly line of said Higghway; thence South 39°
57' 58" East, 26.13 feet; thence South 890 18' 08" East, 324.00 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 960.00
feet; thence Easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 19°
351 0511, a distance of 328.15 feet; thence North 71° 061 47" East, 74.40
feet to the Southwest corner of Parcel 2 of land conveyed to the State of
California in deed recorded September 19, 1967, in Book 8377, gage 272 of
