11° 08' 2511 East, 17.13 feet from the Southerly terminus of that certain
course in the centerline of the California State Highway having a bearing
of North 10° 231 East as described in deed recorded in Book 281, page 245
of Deeds, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence
Easterly along the Northerly boundary of said Parcel 2, South 78° 51' 3511
East, 30.00 feet to the Easterly line of said Highway; thgnce South 39°

the beginning of a curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 960.00
